2. **Verify by phone.** We call or text the phone number already on file for the dealership with a one-time code. That proves you are at the lot, not just someone who knows its name.
3. **Manage.** Correct your hours, address and website, add photos, respond to reviews, connect your inventory and see who is looking at your profile.

## Frequently asked questions

### Where did my profile come from?

Profiles are created from public business information: Google Places listings, state dealer license records and imported directories. That is why your dealership may already be listed. Claiming it lets you correct and manage it.

### Is claiming really free?

Yes. Claiming, verifying ownership and keeping your basic details correct cost nothing. Paid plans add photos, review responses, inventory feeds, leads and placement.

### How do you verify that I own the dealership?

We send a one-time code to the phone number already on file for the dealership. If that number is wrong, you can submit documents instead and our team reviews the claim manually.

### Does paying improve my trust score or rating?

No. The trust score is computed from license status, reviews, Google rating, profile completeness, verified ownership, years in business and live inventory. Your plan is not an input, and ratings cannot be purchased or edited.

### Can I remove a negative review?

No. Dealers on a paid plan can respond publicly to any review, and any claimed dealer can flag one that breaks our rules (spam, harassment, personal data, not a real customer). Flagged reviews are checked by our team and removed only if they violate the policy.

### How do I cancel or change my plan?

From Billing in your dashboard you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Verified includes a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
